Over 200 volunteers lead largest-ever oyster reef restoration off England’s Portsmouth

Last week, an incredible 260 volunteers came together to drop 20,000 oysters into the waters of Portsmouth, marking the UK's largest subtidal oyster reef restoration project. This initiative not only aims to revive a lost species but also reconnects the community with its rich maritime heritage.
