So, the World Health Organization has released new guidelines emphasizing the importance of exercise as a key preventive measure against dementia. Isn't that exciting? It seems that staying active can really make a difference in our brain health! However, the guidelines also suggest that hormone therapy and vitamin supplements may not be as beneficial as previously thought.
