Copenhagen's Alchemist has claimed third place in the 2026 World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking, moving up from fifth last year. Spain's Asador Etxebarri took the top spot, while Thailand's Gaggan came second. Copenhagen's Kadeau ranked eighth and won the Highest Climber award after rising from 41st, while Jordnær in Gentofte placed 40th.
