Rasiya Banu, a 20-year-old from Vyasarpadi, uses photography to challenge the negative stereotypes of her neighborhood in North Chennai. Through her lens, she captures the resilience and everyday lives of her community, showcasing their dignity and strength. Mentored by M Palanikumar, Rasiya is part of Vyasai Thozhargal, a collective that empowers young people through visual storytelling.
