Nasa's roman telescope just opened its planet-hunting eye

So, I was just reading about the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, and it is absolutely incredible to see it in action. The engineers have successfully tested its fine-guidance system, which basically means this telescope can stay incredibly steady while looking at the stars. It is like trying to keep a laser focused on a tiny coin from hundreds of miles away, which is just mind-blowing to me. And here is the thing: this stability is going to let us see faint planets that were previously hidden by starlight. I am honestly so excited to see what kind of discoveries this new eye in the sky will bring us.
