A touchscreen shirt brings smartphone features to your sleeve

The 96-by-54-pixel screen can show photos, play videos at 30 frames per second, run a calculator and compass, display body temperature, and receive images over Bluetooth. Wearers can also tap to check notifications or use voice commands, bringing familiar smartphone functions right onto their clothing. It is not ready for everyday use yet, but this clever fiber-based design offers an exciting glimpse of how smart clothes could make phone use more hands-free.
