Delhi mela puts neurodivergent artists in the lead

In South Delhi, three young neurodivergent artists will lead abstract art workshops for more than 50 visitors at the first Diwali Art Mela. Organised by Arts and Dreams with partner organisations, the event will also feature paintings, creative products, games, workshops and chocolates made by neurodivergent children. Founded in 2024, Arts and Dreams now supports 55 artists, and has shared Rs 4 lakh in royalties with 20 of them through sales of products featuring their work. By taking on the role of teachers, the young artists can share their creativity and leadership while helping visitors see their talent first.
