Woodland walks cut anxiety, study finds

A recent study found that participants who followed self-led woodland trails experienced a 31% reduction in anxiety and a 38% drop in rumination. These trails, designed to encourage mindfulness and connection with nature, are now available at 18 sites across the UK.
