So, there's some exciting news from Wallonia! The Wallonia Institute of Food Science and Technology has just been launched, bringing together researchers to innovate our food systems. With a focus on sustainability and health, this new virtual institute unites 60 senior researchers from five Belgian universities and several research centers. Het Wallonia Institute of Food Science and Technology is net gelanceerd en brengt onderzoekers samen om onze voedselsystemen te innoveren. Met een focus op duurzaamheid en gezondheid verenigt dit nieuwe virtuele instituut 60 senior onderzoekers van vijf Belgische universiteiten en verschillende onderzoekscentra.
