Just four weeks of dietary changes can reverse aging markers in older adults

So here's something really exciting - researchers at the University of Sydney found that older adults aged 65 to 75 can actually shift their biological age in just four weeks by changing what they eat. The study showed that reducing dietary fat or animal-based protein led to measurable improvements in health biomarkers like cholesterol, insulin, and inflammation levels. Now, biological age is different from how many years you've lived - it's really about how your body is actually functioning, and the researchers measured this using 20 different health markers combined together. The strongest results came from people who switched to a diet higher in carbohydrates and lower in fat, suggesting that our food choices might influence aging much faster than we ever thought possible.
